We had a wonderful 4th of July. The kids and I had just gotten back from AZ the day before and we were super ready to hang with Daddy! We had a slow relaxing morning and then headed to our community pool. I love that they we only live 5 houses away from the pool! We all swam for a few hours, had a snack and then headed home for lunch and naps. After naps we packed up and headed to our friends house. We have now been going to this house for 8 years!! It is such a fun tradition. Luke looks forward to it all year! They have a pool at this house with a big water slide built into the rocks. Luke and Harper probably swam for 3+ hours. All Harper did was go down the slide get out climb up, go down the slide....over and over again!! It was so fun to watch!! Luke liked the slide but he also loved jumping off the high rocks with his buddies! Sam swam for awhile and then hung out with Grammy. I didn't get as many pictures this year, simply because I was busy making sure all my little kids heads were above water. =) It was such a fun day and night! Happy 4th of July!
So right before we left I wanted to get a "cute" picture of all the kids. I think this day the kids were too excited to look at the camera or even in the direction of the camera and smile. However, the pictures I did get are pretty funny.

Jake was trying to get them to look at the camera by asking how many fingers he was holding up. Instead that just resulted in Luke and Harper holding up their fingers.
